Features of the Dock Shelter 400 – Compression Seal

Dimensions

The dock shelter 400 with its standard dimensions and recommended installation height is suitable for centrally docked vehicles, with the following dimensions:

• 300 mm 2400 till 2800 mm 3900 till 4100 mm

• 400 mm 2300 till 2900 mm 3850 till 4150 mm

The cushions have optional dimensions (wxd) of 300 mm x 250 mm or 400 mm x 300 mm.

The dock shelter 400 can be modified to meet each client specific situation.

Application

• The dock shelter 400 offers optimum sealing.
• Because the seal face width is relatively small, the differences in vehicle sizes cannot be too large.
• The inner dimensions of the dock shelter 400 determine the door opening size.
• The dock shelter 400 is especially useful on cold storage warehouses, and warehouses where general cargo is stored.
• The dock shelter 400 is preferably used in combination with wheel guides, which ensure that the vehicle is always docked centrally.
